The room we got was awesome and really nice, plus it came with a complimentary continental breakfast 🥐. the bathroom was spacious and well-appointed.

The room was very well decorated with tea/coffee, a mini-bar, and coffee.

There were air-conditioned, neat rooms with windows facing a large patio, minimumlist modern design and a large patio. The staff was incredible, always on hand when needed...

Location - great so close to restaurants, shops and gardens, and the bus station on time early in the morning. Amazing people working here. Great breakfast for the start of the day.

Fabulous experience for one night in Puebla

The hotel was beautiful. The room was spacious, continental breakfast was tasty. The staff was lovely. The bathroom had a beautiful Talavera tile sink that gave the proper hint of Mexico. The location was also excellent, and the wifi connection was also excellent.

I cannot fault this establishment on anything, really.

Had a great stay for two nights and value for money. the room was beautifully designed, had a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a work desk. - the location was magnificent, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Guardian Angel Monument. - Shopping centers and a small shopping mall were right next door.

We all really loved this hotel and would love to go back. Good location and close to all amenities.

I was in Puebla visiting my family and they recommended me this hotel. The Hotel is amazing! The room in which I stayed was very confortable, the space in the room plentiful. The food at the restaurant is realy the best in Puebla, I tried the food at other famous restaurant but the best food is in Casareyna. People working in the hotel is very warm and everyone is very helpful. The most important is the quality of service. I felt better than home!!

The room had wooden furniture and a spa-like bathroom. There was an electronic key card for access. The location was central, with a short walk to all main attractions in downtown Puebla. The hotel is in a fabulous area close to the center of Puebla. It is only a 15-minute walk to a vibrant public square.

Large comfortable & clean room with great shower and bathroom. Very sleek building. Great location near modern shopping center with the historic center accessed by crossing the boulevard. Minimal traffic noise.

Booked a room with particularly nice views at sunset. The location of the hotel was marvellous - a 10-15 minute walking distance from a vibrant public square. There were shopping centers and a small shopping mall around the venue.
